Suit Filed for Driver Injured in 18-Wheeler Crash on I-20

The trucking accident lawyers at Arnold & Itkin LLP filed a lawsuit on behalf of a young man that was injured when an 18-wheeler crashed into him. The young man injured his neck and shoulder while driving down I-20 West in Baird, Texas. He resides in Breaux Bridge, Louisiana and works in Carlsbad, New Mexico. Arnold & Itkin filed the lawsuit in Callahan County, Texas.

Commercial truck drivers are under incredible pressure to make ends meet—pressure put on them by their employers. In the end, negligent trucking practices on the road can be traced back to companies who encourage their employees to break federal regulations or drive for hours without a break. These practices only benefit employers while putting drivers at risk.

It's time for employers to put their drivers (and other people using the road) above their own profits.

Arnold & Itkin’s attorneys are looking forward to helping another injured driver get the compensation he deserves for his injuries.
