Houston Woman Injured in 18-Wheeler Accident Files Suit

A Houston woman who was suffered injuries to her neck, back, and other parts of the body in an accident with an 18-wheeler hired Arnold & Itkin to file a lawsuit on her behalf. The lawsuit was filed in the District Court of Harris County, Texas against the truck driver and the owner of the 18-wheeler, North Houston Pole Line.

The lawsuit alleges that the woman was traveling south on Irvington Boulevard on the north side of Houston when the 18-wheeler suddenly made an illegal turn across the woman’s designated traffic lane. The woman’s vehicle smashed into the 18-wheeler, causing injuries that required immediate transportation to a nearby hospital.

In the lawsuit, Arnold & Itkin attorneys maintain that the truck driver acted negligently in making an illegal turn and that North Houston Pole Line failed to properly train the driver.

The injured woman is being represented by Kurt Arnold, Caj Boatright, and Kala Sellers.
