I know they told me that “We’ll be help you in every way that we possibly can,” and they have been throughout this whole time period. From the time that I contacted them all the way up—they’re still here today.
You go to a doctor. The doctor can’t do anything because he’s got to contact workers’ compensation who has to contact somebody else to get approval. Instead of sending the approval to the doctor, they send it from one department to the next department and then back to the doctor. They can’t keep it like falling dominos. It is a broken system.
As far as other people who need them, you may not know who I am, but I recommend them. I would tell them, “Be patient, but they will get it done.”
