Case Filed for Woman Purposely Rear-Ended by Truck Driver

Arnold & Itkin’s truck accident attorneys recently filed a case on behalf of a nurse who was injured by a tractor-trailer operated by a driver who couldn’t control his emotions. The truck driver rear-ended her and then repeated the action a second time in a dangerous fit of road rage. Our client now suffers from severe neck injuries that will be a lasting reminder of this truck driver’s inability to manage his anger and respect the safety of others.

Semi-trucks are a major source of road accidents each year and injure or kill thousands. Because trucks are large, heavy, and slow, they require the control of a trained and experienced driver for safe operation. However, when a truck driver exhibits the reprehensible behavior seen in this situation, a truck transcends its usual status as a safety risk and becomes a dangerous and frightening weapon. We are proud to represent this woman and fight for the justice she deserves.

Our attorneys filed the case in East Baton Rouge Parish, Louisiana.
