Case Filed for Driver Injured After Engine Explosion

Arnold & Itkin’s truck accident attorneys recently filed a case on behalf of a Louisiana truck driver who was given a defective truck by his employer. Through no fault of our client, the truck’s motor exploded during operation and caused an accident. The incident broke our client’s leg and caused severe injuries to his neck and back. Arnold & Itkin has seen an alarming pattern of trucking companies failing to protect drivers, and we will continue to fight this trend.

Our client is a young man who has led a healthy and responsible life. Now he faces uncertainty because of a big company’s carelessness. Neck and back injuries are excruciating and frequently have lasting repercussions. No one should suffer because they were doing their job, and no company should allow faulty vehicles to be a part of their operation. We are proud to represent this man and will fight to obtain the compensation he deserves for his injuries.

Our attorneys filed suit in Harris County, Texas.
