Case Filed on Behalf of a Family Who Lost Their Loved One in a Truck Accident

Arnold & Itkin Attorneys Kurt Arnold, Kyle Findley, Kala Sellers, and Adam Lewis filed suit in Shelby County, Texas on behalf of a Texas family who needlessly lost a loved one in a serious commercial trucking accident. The loss was caused by a crash that occurred on Interstate 20. At the time of the accident, our client was driving in slowed traffic when suddenly a commercial truck rear-ended the vehicle at high speed. The truck was owned and operated by Black Deer Transport.

As a result of the accident, our client suffered catastrophic injuries that resulted in his death. Trucking companies have a responsibility to ensure that their drivers are trained and capable of driving large vehicles safely. Unfortunately, this trucking company failed to do so, and it resulted in the loss of our client’s loved one.

The truck accident attorneys at Arnold & Itkin have an extensive track record of successfully representing men, women, and grieving loved ones across the country against commercial carriers like Black Deer Transport. We look forward to helping this family hold the people at fault accountable for the suffering and loss they have caused.
