Lawsuit Filed for Father & Son Injured in Truck Accident

As nationwide trucking attorneys, Arnold & Itkin has encountered dozens (if not hundreds) of victims of truck collisions. We know all-too-well how painful and dire these accidents can be—thanks, in no small part, to the sheer size and weight of the average semi-trailer. Some of these trucks weigh up to 40,000 pounds when fully-loaded, leaving passenger vehicles utterly wrecked, even in “low-speed” accidents or otherwise "minor" collisions.

Our newest clients are a father and son who also know firsthand the pain and terror of a truck collision. They were driving on I-10 headed east when an 18-wheeler struck the pickup truck they were in as it moved into their lane. As a result, they headed straight into a concrete barrier and flipped and rolled into the embankment.

The initial impact and secondary collisions caused our clients severe, life-altering injuries. They suffered multiple disc herniation in their necks and backs, punctured lungs, and other injuries. Attorneys Kurt Arnold, Caj Boatright, Alison Baimbridge, and Roland Christiansen look forward to holding Ruch Transport, its owners, and the driver accountable.

We’re honored that our clients have turned to us for help, and we intend on aggressively bringing this case forward so they’ll receive the medical care and long-term support they deserve.
