Lawsuit Filed by Arnold & Itkin for Truck Accident Victim

Arnold & Itkin filed a lawsuit on behalf of two Texas men who were injured in an accident with an 18-wheeler. The two men were traveling near Fort Stockton in January of 2015 when the driver noticed an 18-wheeler hitting its brakes on an icy bridge. The driver of the car moved to the passing lane to bypass the 18-wheeler. While passing, the 18-wheeler moved into the occupied lane and side swiped the plaintiff’s vehicle.

Both the driver and passenger in the vehicle were injured during the collision.

The lawsuit was filed against the driver of the truck and the operator of the truck, Wynne Transport Service. It alleges that the driver failed to operate the truck safely and maintain proper lookout and that the trucking company did not properly train its employee in safe driving practices.

The lawsuit was filed by Jason Itkin, Cory Itkin, Noah Wexler, and Kelly Woods in Pecos County, Texas.
