Arnold & Itkin Files Suit For Dallas Truck Accident Victim

A Dallas area woman was driving north on Interstate 635 in Balch Springs, Texas when her vehicle was side swiped by an 18-wheeler. The force of the impact was great enough to rip a whole in the driver’s side back door and left the woman with an injured head, neck, and back.

After the accident, she hired our firm to represent her in her lawsuit against the truck driver and the truck driver’s employer, P.A.M. Transport, Inc.

Kurt Arnold and Kyle Findley recently filed a lawsuit in Dallas County on her behalf. The suit alleges that the truck driver failed to operate his truck in a safe manner by not keeping a safe distance from our client’s vehicle. It also claims that the driver’s employer was negligent by not providing the driver with necessary training on how to operate the 18-wheeler safely.

Among other damages, our client is seeking compensation for past and future medical bills incurred as a result of her injuries.
