Arnold & Itkin Files Lawsuit for Injured Truck Driver

The truck accident attorneys at Arnold & Itkin filed a lawsuit on behalf of a truck driver who was injured in an accident. The truck driver was traveling through McMullen County, Texas when the driver of a Ford pickup truck attempted to pass the 18-wheeler going northbound on a two lane highway. While attempting to pass the 18-wheeler, the Ford truck narrowly avoided a head-on collision with a separate 18-wheeler that was traveling the opposite direction by swerving back into the northbound lane and forcing our client off of the road. As a result of the accident, our client suffered severe injuries to his shoulder, neck and lower back.

The driver of the Ford truck was ticketed by police for failure to pass to the left safely.

At the time of the accident, the driver of the Ford was employed by and under the scope of employment of Sprint Energy Services. The lawsuit was filed in Harris County, Texas and names the driver and Spirit Energy Services as defendants.

The injured truck driver is being represented by Kurt Arnold, Kyle Findley, and Kala Sellers.
