Arnold & Itkin File Suit for Truck Driver Injured by Acid

Truck drivers have dangerous jobs both on the roads and during load transfers. Recently, a truck driver came to Arnold & Itkin LLP with a case after suffering severe injuries while picking up his cargo for a drive. The truck driver was instructed to pick up a load of isobutyric acid from the Eastman Chemical plant in Longview, Texas. The workers at the facility negligently transferred the acid without taking proper measures to ensure that it wouldn't leak from its containers.

The harsh acid sprayed the truck driver, causing him to lose vision in one of his eyes. Because of this negligence, the individual will never be able to see out of this eye again. The suit is currently pending in Gregg County, Texas. Attorneys Kurt Arnold, Kyle Findley, and another attorney from Arnold & Itkin are all partnering together to work on this case for the plaintiff.
