Arnold & Itkin File Suit for Married Truckers

Attorneys at Arnold & Itkin LLP are helping a truck driving couple with their case after they were injured in an accident. The husband and wife claim that they were coming through the panhandle near Amarillo, Texas when they struck cargo that had fallen off of another 18-wheeler and was strewn all across the highway. This truck that had spilled the cargo allegedly struck a center divider on the road. This collision split the trailer in half and caused cargo to tumble out all over the interstate.

Truck Accident in Amarillo, Texas

The accident caused the couple's 18-wheeler to jolt and cause injuries to the husband's back and one of his knees. His wife, who was also in the truck at the time of the incident, suffered injuries to her neck and head. The couple is now seeking compensation from the company that owns and operates the 18-wheeler that was full of loose cargo. The case is pending in the Northern District of Texas, Amarillo Division.

Attorneys Kurt Arnold, Kyle Findley, and another attorney from Arnold & Itkin are working on this case on behalf of the couple, and will try to get just compensation to cover their medical bills and punitive damages from the accident. If you have been injured in a trucking accident like this one due to loose cargo on the road, you may also be able to seek compensation.
