Attorney Ryan MacLeod is passionate about client advocacy.

With a broad range of experience and recognition as an up-and-coming young legal star, Ryan has a bright future demonstrated by his current commitment to fighting tirelessly and passionately for his clients as a member of the legal team at Arnold & Itkin. Ryan was born and raised in Texas, with the small town values he picked up in Lubbock and the big city sensibilities brought about by his Houston upbringing. After obtaining his undergraduate degree at Baylor University in Waco, Texas, Ryan went on to pursue his law degree at South Texas College of Law in Houston.

After law school, Ryan served as an Assistant District Attorney for the State of Texas. This experience as a prosecutor enabled him to obtain the praise and commendation of his fellow attorneys as well as judges in the system, who witnessed firsthand Ryan’s commitment to his practice and his skills as a courtroom attorney. He then joined a national law firm where he worked on behalf of plaintiffs and defendants in a variety of civil litigation matters. He was soon honored in Houstonia magazine as a 2015 Top Commercial Litigator and as a The National Trial Lawyers: Top 40 under 40.

Ryan brings all of this skill and experience to his new role as a Houston personal injury attorney with Arnold & Itkin. He continues to advocate for his clients aggressively and passionately, standing up for the rights of those who have been injured due to the wrongful actions of third parties. His ability to pursue justice on behalf of his clients in a convincing, ethical manner defines his career as a strong and effective personal injury attorney.

Ryan is licensed to practice law in the state of Texas, the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Texas, the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Texas, and the U.S. District Court for the Western District of Texas. He lives with his wife Lindsey and their two children, Layne and Jack.

“Consistent with my reputation as a trial lawyer, from the moment I walk into my office—consisting of any courtroom across this country—justice takes a backseat to no one in the representation of my clients.”
