Suit Filed on Behalf of Two Co-Workers Injured in Truck Accident

Two co-workers were driving in Fort Worth when they were struck by an 18-wheeler truck and involved in a serious accident. The two workers sustained significant injuries in the accident and both have been unable to return to work. The truck driver allegedly made an unsafe lane change which is what resulted in the accident. The truck was trying to make a wide right wide turn but the navigation of the vehicle caused it to strike the co-workers' vehicle.

The victims believe that the trucking company should be held accountable for their negligence in allowing the unsafe driver to make a foolish lane change. The plaintiffs may argue that the driver should have known better than to make this foolish maneuver that caused so much damage. Oftentimes in trucking accident lawsuits, plaintiffs decide to target the trucking company, rather than the individual driver, as this can sometimes render a larger settlement.

Unfortunately, trucking companies often have their own league of lawyers that are particularly employed to challenge any personal injury lawsuits that the company faces. This is why plaintiffs need to hire a skilled and hardworking legal team who is not daunted by the teams of lawyers that may challenge them at a trucking company.

This truck accident has been filed in the District Court for Tarrant County, Texas by Jason Itkin, Cory Itkin, and Noah Wexler. The attorneys at Arnold & Itkin acknowledge that this is a terrible tragedy for these two working men, and hope to get them the finances necessary so that they can pay all of their medical bills and have the finances to last through this difficult time. The team at Arnold & Itkin LLP will do all that they can to get these plaintiffs the finances that they deserve.
