For a truck accident that took place in 2008, a trial is slated for February. The report allegedly came forth in 2010, nearly two years after the accident. In the lawsuit filed by the victim, it states that the driver of the Borden's Milk truck was intoxicated when the driver suddenly switched lanes, causing a collision of the truck and the victim's vehicle.
The suit also blames the milk company for allowing the driver to operate the vehicle when they knew he was an incompetent and an irresponsible driver. The lawsuit claims that the victim has extensive medical costs and has experienced pain, suffering, physical impairment, and mental anguish. The pretrial conference is set for January, and the trial will take place sometime in February of 2012.
