For many seriously injured people, Bradford Hendrickson is the answer to their worst fears and worries. Bradford is well-known by judges and peers for his aggressive and thorough approach to every case he handles. His practice is wholly devoted to plaintiffs and their needs—medical bills, emotional comfort, long-term security, and financial stability.
Prior to joining our firm, Bradford developed his practice of the law at two highly-successful boutique firms in Houston. At these firms, he represented both plaintiffs and defendants in commercial litigation, business disputes, oil and gas litigation, product liability defects, bankruptcy, and other highly complex legal issues. His representation earned him the respect of his opponents and courts.
As a result of his skill, ethics, and success, Bradford has earned multiple awards for his legal work, including selection to the 2017 Super Lawyers® Rising Stars™ list. Recognition of his skill came early in Bradford’s career—he was the recipient of the Byron McCoy Advocacy Scholarship during his time in law school. Upon graduation, he also earned a place in the National Order of Barristers.
Bradford earned his law degree from the University of Houston Law School, where he was the executive editor of the Houston Journal of International Law. He also interned with the Honorable Elsa Alcala at the First Court of Appeals (in Texas). Bradford also clerked for the Honorable Leif Clark and the Honorable John Akard. At the same time, he also gained a great deal of hands-on legal experience clerking for various law firms throughout Houston.
Since graduating, Bradford has become a member of the Houston Bar Association, the Texas Young Lawyers Association, and the Houston Young Lawyers Association. He is also on the Advisory Board for the Houston Journal of International Law. He is licensed to practice law in Texas, the 5th Circuit Court of Appeals, and in the Northern, Southern, Eastern, and Western U.S. District Courts in Texas.
Bradford earned his bachelor’s from the University of Texas. Though he has spent a great deal of his education and career in Texas, Bradford was born in New Jersey and grew up in Colorado.
